Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
- pinch of sea salt.
- 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted.
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1/4 cup 85 per cent dark chocolate, roughly chopped. Or chocolate chips
- Optional add ins to make them even better!
- -nuts, peanut butter, cranberries, coconut
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the almond meal, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Mix the rest of the ingredients in. Spoon on to greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
